FAQs

  • Yes! Please email me to discuss the possibility of having in-person sessions in the greater Vancouver area.

For those in the Tri-City area looking for in-person physiotherapy, you can find me at the Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.

  • Two people with the same health condition can have very different histories and presentations. I take a nervous system approach when working with complex issues, which allows me to address problems at the root level. Please email me so that we can discuss your condition and see if I’m the right clinician for you.

  • Absolutely. One of the main reasons I started an online service was so that I could offer flexible services for any budget. Please email me so that we can figure out a solution together.

  • Aches and pains are a normal part of living an active lifestyle, but if you have a serious injury or pain that limits your ability to move and exercise normally, please book a Rehab session to get started. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, please email me so that we can figure out the best option.

  • A mentorship is a relationship, first and foremost. It can be hard to cultivate this kind of relationship in the health and wellness space - experienced practitioners are busy with their own caseloads, and clinic owners are often engaged with their administrative and managerial tasks.

Mentorship calls are 1-on-1 and entirely devoted to your growth and learning. This includes lessons on my holistic and nervous-system approaches to healthcare, forays into specific elements of biomechanics and nutrition, advice on the finances of being a health professional, and collaboration on your difficult cases.

If you're curious about my mentorship, please email me to learn more.

  • My rates for different services are listed on my Work With Me page. If you have any more questions about our pricing, please feel free email me.
