In Person Training

I offer in-person training in the Greater Vancouver Area. Depending on your preference, I can meet you at your preferred gym or in your home.

Before your first session, we will have an introductory call so that I can learn more about you, your goals, and the things you’d like to work on.
In-person sessions will include a movement assessment, a custom movement plan, and personalized coaching.

Please note that my scope as a trainer is different from my role as a physical therapist. While we can use exercise to help with aches and pains, in-person training will not include any manual therapy. If you are looking for physiotherapy, you can find me at Poco Physio.

We start with a 60-minute call where I can learn more about you—your lifestyle, hobbies, training preferences, injury history, and more—and build a program that is effective, sustainable, and meaningful to you.
We’ll schedule biweekly video calls so that we can track your progress, make adjustments to your program, and progress you when you’re ready. You’ll also be able to reach out to me any time for feedback and accountability.
Once you’ve reached your goals, we schedule a meeting where we can celebrate your wins and reflect on your experience. If you want to continue your movement journey with me, we can also use this meeting to discuss any new training goals you have and form a new plan for you.
